Computer skills training |
| LearnLogic offers
courses for which you will receive international
recognition. Seven skills based modules are
presented i.e. Basic IT concepts, Using a computer
and managing files, Word processing, Spreadsheets,
Databases, Presentation tools and Information and
Communication. |

| Dr Daleen van
Niekerk, who has 20 years experience in training
adults, presents the seven modules over a 6 week
period. You will be able to do all seven modules
consecutively or, if you wish, will have 3 years to
complete the full programme and receive the
international and SAQA (South African Qualifications
Authority) accredited certificate. |

| With these skills
finding a job, locally or abroad, will be so much
easier as the certificate is proof that you can use
a computer effectively. Large multinationals have
approved the training, setting it as the performance
benchmark they expect from employees. |

| Training is very
individualised – your specific needs will be
addressed. Novices and the “older generation” are
most welcome. |

Web design course |
The saying: “if by
2005 you are not on the web, you are out of
business” drove many to pay a lot of money to have a
company web site designed. However, that is not the
end of the story. Any changes to the site have to be
made by web designers at an additional cost.
Ronèll van Niekerk, who has extensive
experience in designing websites for companies,
presents a web design course with a difference. You
will be able to work with your own company data and
by the end of the course will have a web site for
you company, as well as the skills to update the
site on a daily basis if needed. The only
prerequisites for the course are that you have basic
computer skills. |
